I don't know how you organize your cooking, but I always run out of cooked food on Tuesdays, so I thought I'd give you an idea of ​​a hearty soup (you don't even need anything else to eat :)), only good for a cold day.

As I told you above, I boiled a small piece of turkey from which a good amount of juice came out. I cut the meat into pieces and set it aside. In the soup I boiled the carrots, the bleach, the onion and the chopped pepper, and when they were almost ready I added the green beans, the tomato and the pieces of sausages. I let them simmer. At the end I put back the turkey meat, the crushed garlic, I sprinkled the paprika, the chopped celery leaves and I matched the soup with salt and pepper.

This move is done in a hurry. Usually, when I make beans, I make it a little more "elaborate" with more ingredients. This time, because I was in a hurry, I simplified it as much as I could - and it turned out so well, that I said I had to put it on the kitchen as well.


  • 800 g canned beans (boiled, with water and salt, without additives)
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried, chopped basil
  • 150 ml of broth (preferably homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • pepper

In a saucepan, I put the onions and garlic, finely chopped, to harden, in oil, over low heat. I also put 2-3 tablespoons of water

When they were softened, I added that. I found some long, thin, smoked meatballs at a butcher's shop - I cut them into large pieces and put them in a pot.

I lit the fire a little harder, let it harden a bit, then added the beans (drained from the juice in the box). I prefer to use canned beans (as long as it has no additives), to avoid keeping it soaked overnight and then boiling it in more water. It's not about laziness, it's about saving time.

After 2-3 minutes, while I mixed the pot, I added the broth, thyme, basil and pepper. I also put half a cup of water.

I let it boil, then let it boil until it was low enough. I didn't add salt, the thyme is salty enough.

It turned out so well that it was over in half an hour. Good appetite :)
