I saw something similar in Dya and I said I will do it soon ....
Something very, very good came out that can be served as such or as a garnish.
I leave you more goodies to have something to enjoy a week while I miss you ....
- 3 young pumpkins
- 5 tomatoes
- 200 sheep houses
- 3-4 eggs
- 100 g good cheese
- 30 g butter
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- green dill
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pumpkin gratin with tomatoes:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add the salt and pepper and let the zucchini drain for 10 minutes.
Washed and well-dried tomatoes, cut them into slices the thickness of zucchini.
We cut the strips and the case and we cut the onion into scales.
In a yenna bowl greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, we put one slice of zucchini, one tomato and a piece of cottage cheese, forming columns until we finish the ingredients.
Sprinkle chopped green onions with green leaves and chopped green dill on top.
Beat eggs well and mix them with sour cream until well blended then season.
Pour the eggs with sour cream over the zucchini, then grate the cheese on top and put in the preheated oven at 160 degrees C until it browns nicely on top.
Remove from the oven and portion.
We serve as such or as a garnish.
